LIVING FOR IT OR OVER IT?

Life comes in seasons. I take it in doses, enduring each thing life throws at me.
Some things in life may make me want to throw my phone at a wall while others have me drooling. There is no in between, I'm either living for it or completely over it.
DISCLAIMER: Just because I am "over" something doesn't mean I won't revisit it later in life, it simply means I am sick of everyone obsessing over something so overrated and in no way shape or form do I want to be a part of the fad.

1. The Royal Wedding
Good thing it is this weekends because I don't think I could last another second. I am happy that Meghan Markle, America's new sweetheart and now London's, is getting married but the coverage of the event seems excessive.
Don't get me wrong hearing that her father is unable to walk her down the aisle is sad but claiming, "this wouldn't have happened if Diana was still with us" is excessive.
Every single news platform that I follow and even the station I am interning at right now is talking about it. EVEN MY SORORITY PAGE IS FLOODED. Get over yourselves, please. I get it, a new edition to the royal family but how in any way shape or form is that affecting us as U.S. citizens?
There are certain things I do want to know but what she would look like wearing Kate Middleton’s style is not one of them. I am OVER It and I don’t want to talk about it for another second!!!

2. Erika Jaynes Attitude
Now this one won’t be for long but for now, I am SOOO over her primadonna attitude… that doesn’t mean I am not in the middle of reading her book.
The reunion left a bad taste in my mouth and it will take her redeeming her self-next season for me to get out of this black hole.

3. Stassi's Instagram Stories
I am in love with just about every reality star that appears on BRAVO so when they share more of their life than just what is on during their series I am living for it.
I never miss an episode or a Snapchat update from Stassi of Vanderpump Rules.
I felt like I was literally on her trip to Europe with her the past three weeks. From her podcasts, Instagram stories and Instagram posts I basically was there.

4. Yanny or Laurel?
I get it, it's a fun little friendly argument but that's it! NO one needs to get in Facebook or Twitter fights over it.
It is obviously something that not everyone is going to agree on, that is the reason it is being talked about. Why does the public feel the need to argue their personal side, they are wasting your breath.

5. The Bachelorette
I was cringing the ENTIRE time.
Becca was uncomfortable, the questions they asked her are not ones I would ask on a first date and isn’t that the purpose of the video?
Who cares what her favorite emoji is? I don’t!!!! I have never told you guys my favorite emoji, I couldn’t even tell you what my ex-boyfriend's favorite emojis were. NO. ONE. CARES.
I may watch her season but if I fall behind I will not be catching up. I am sad too because I love paradise but it is totally not as fun to watch if I don't know the people coming on.
It has gotten to the point where it is an actual chore to watch the Bachelor or Bachelorette solely because I want to get every ounce of enjoyment I can when Paradise comes.

6. Lala Kent
Lala Kent, like most television personalities, has taken me on an emotional roller coaster since appearing on her first season of Vanderpump Rules.
This past season I have become completely obsessed with every aspect of the girl. I am fascinated by her twisted perspective on feminism and can't get enough of hearing about her "man".
She has a no regrets mentality and actually lives it out much like the Countess claims to. #obsessed

7. KERRently
I love a Dallas girl because that’s where I am from but Courtney Kerr's Instagram has started to get on my nerves MAJORLY. I am one more Insta story away from unfollowing.
I want to know more about her personal life rather than just things that she is getting sponsored by. Right now I feel used, at least make me feel like you care about my skin instead of just ordering me around telling me what to use on it while showcasing your fabulous clothes.
I feel like as a follower I know nothing about her because she refuses to open up all aspects of her life.
That is her decision and she can live her life as she pleases but as of now, I am over keeping up with her if I don’t feel a connection other than the fact that we are from the same city.

8. Petty Housewives Tweets
Some of these women only have Twitter accounts because they have to live tweet the show, they are brutal I what they will say to one another on and off screen.
I love a good Twitter fight and since I don’t have a television or the time to watch these shows when they are on the Tweets keep me on track and serve the purpose of previewing the show for me.
The more the merrier!!!! Keep them coming and keep them petty as hell.

9. New Podcast Finds
Let's end on a high note and something to keep you occupied until I post next.
These two podcasts I have recently started listening to and am in love with. It is always good to add to my endless to-do list, so what're two more podcasts?!
They both discuss Bravo, entertainment news and keep me awkwardly laughing with headphones in.
xoxo,
Annie
